ARTISANAL BEEF CUTS

With SKAI’s extensive expertise in butchery, sourcing and curing premium quality beef, cooked to perfection in SKAI’s state-of-the-art Josper Charcoal Oven or over Bichotan - a prized white charcoal traditionally used Japanese cooking; a must-try in the menu is the Saga Wagyu A5. Sharing cuts are also available such as the Westholme Wagyu Prime Rib served bone-in.
