To celebrate its return, SKAI Bar is partnering with Penfolds to bring you a collection of benchmark wines. SKAI Brunch
Driven by his passion for high-quality and natural produce, Executive Chef Paul Hallett delivers a brunch menu that will win over palates of even the most discerning diners. The social dining experience opens with a diverse selection of charcuterie and fresh bread served at the table, followed by an assortment of à la carte cold and hot main dishes freshly prepared from the kitchen.
Martini Mondays
Set to take the most discerning of drinks enthusiasts to new heights with breathtaking views of the Marina Bay. The weekly event will feature bespoke Martini at S$22++, handcrafted by SKAI Team. Taste a classic combination of Singapore brewed Brass Lion Dry Gin and Dry Vermouth. SKAI Martini is served at the table side with a variety of homemade essences and seasonal pickled condiments. Available on Mondays, from 12pm to 10pm.
SKAI High Tea with Free-Flow Champagne
The SKAI High Tea is priced at $78++ per person, inclusive of TWG tea or coffee. Those craving for a tipple can top up S$75++ to enjoy a free-flow Laurent Perrier Brut or S$90++ for free-flow of Moët & Chandon Rosé.
Saturday Brunch in the SKAI
