Head Mixologist
Born in Seoul and shaped by bar programmes across Singapore and South Korea, Solla Park brings a refined, creative approach to cocktail craft at SKAI Bar.
With over seven years of experience, including time at acclaimed bars such as Jigger & Pony and Le Chamber, she has developed a style defined by precision, balance and thoughtful flavour combinations. A Giffard West Cup Asia Champion and a recognised name on the cocktail competition circuit, Solla continues to push creative boundaries behind the bar.
As Head Mixologist of SKAI Bar on Level 70, she leads the bar's evolving drinks programme, crafting bold and refined cocktails designed to complement the skyline views and vibrant atmosphere.
