Set on the 70th floor and celebrated as Singapore’s highest restaurant, SKAI pairs panoramic city and bay views with a dining experience that shifts effortlessly from business lunch to afternoon tea, dinner and late-night bites. Under Executive Chef Enver Can Gumus, the restaurant enters a new chapter with Chef’s Handwritten Menus for lunch and dinner, alongside a refreshed à la carte selection shaped by premium ingredients, fire-led cooking and subtle Asian accents. The relaunched Tuna Bar returns with Master Tuna Chef Nakao Masahiro, dry-ageing Japanese bluefin for sashimi, nigiri, an impressive Tuna Tower and a fresh Seafood Tower that brings chilled delicacies to the table in dramatic style.
From artisanal beef prepared over the Josper charcoal grill to elegant small plates, seafood and sweets, every course is designed to suit the moment and the view. Whether for tea, cocktails or a leisurely meal, SKAI remains one of Singapore’s most memorable dining destinations.
