Start your culinary journey with smoked salmon paired with tomato consommé, followed by a refreshing lobster dish with lemon verbena. For the main course, choose between the luxurious Wylarah Wagyu accompanied by truffle and maitake mushroom or the delicate halibut served with zucchini. Conclude your meal on a sweet note with a dessert featuring local flavours: cendol with gula melaka.
Enhance your dining experience by adding a wine flight, perfectly selected to complement each course. This exclusive menu is available every Saturday throughout July and on 3rd and 9th August 2024.
