Albeit over a span of just five years, Christine brings her well-rounded international experience in the luxury hotel and restaurant industry to SKAI. A graduate from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, she began her dining room career as manager at a fine dining restaurant, Del Posto, in New York City. Christine has been with Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford since 2016, and was most recently manager of the previous Equinox Restaurant and Mikuni Restaurant within the hotel complex.
